The Workwell Workflow Assessment
Know what’s worth improving before you invest.
A closer look at your everyday work helps you decide what to simplify, what software could help, and whether automation is worth pursuing.
This is a standalone paid service. We agree on scope and price before starting.
What you receive
- Workflow findings. A summary of the work reviewed and where it gets stuck.
- Prioritized improvements. A shortlist ranked by likely value and effort.
- Suggested approaches. Simpler processes, existing software, and automation where useful.
- Estimated effort and software costs. An outline of implementation work and ongoing costs, with assumptions explained.
- Relevant dependencies. Access requirements, tool limitations, and questions for your IT provider.
- A review conversation. A walkthrough of the findings and a recommended first improvement.
What participation involves
We agree on which work to review and what information would help. You explain how it happens today, including the tools and people involved.
The introductory call requires no system access. Any later information and permissions are agreed in advance; sanitized examples can be used where appropriate. Your IT provider can help review access requirements.
Use the findings in the way that suits you.
Implement the recommendations with your own team, share them with your IT provider, or ask me to scope an improvement.
The assessment is useful on its own. Any implementation by Workwell is scoped separately, including testing, handover, and an agreed approach to support.
Start with the part of the day that keeps getting in the way.
A free call is a chance to discuss the problem and whether an assessment would be useful.
